Sacramento Area Price Level Inventory: July 15, 2006

Overall trends remained in place for the four-county Sacramento region over the past week, with the following exceptions:

-Yolo County showed a sharp up-tick in the $500K-$600K ranges. This was accompanied by a smaller decrease in the $600K-$700K range.
-All the counties saw an increase in the Flippers In Trouble statistic. 20% of Placer County flippers are now taking a loss.
