Below is another example of the falling housing market in Yolo county (Davis). This house though is not a flipped property,the owner has owned for maybe just over a year, a lot of invested upgrades and will sell for less than they payed. This is the beginning of a very ugly down turn in the market. People should sell there over priced homes in Davis ASAP before the bottom falls out.
