Buying Time/Able Buyer, I've little hope that you'll read this but I am saddened by decision to require registered posting at your site. You quieten discourse by doing so, I've no idea if you've gone through bad times to reach this decision or not.
Here's the message I would have posted at your site had you not changed your policy:
smf, I'm with you. We are little more than entering the eye of the storm.
I've paid my mortgage for 23 years, yet I'm growing more leary every day of ever being granted clear title to my property, even though my loan was too old and unprofitable to enter MERS world of securitization.
Too many foreclosures that should happen won't happen because the banks are as guilty of being scumbags as the borrowers were.
I am deeply sad and depressed right now over the state of our economy, no matter what the stock market is doing.
Ouch, I didn't realize you set your posting guidelines to track your posters. I'm not willing to do that even though I enjoy your blog.
